ADMISSION PROCESS

For Pre-Primary

• Municipal Birth Certificate (Original and 3 Attested Photo Copies).
• Ration Card OR Any other valid proof of Residence (3 Attested Copies).
• Five Passport Size Colour Photographs (Mention the name of the child at the back of the Photograph).
• Two Passport Size Photographs of Parents (mention the parent name on the backside).
• Blood Group Certificate of the child.
• Medical health certificate of the child.
• Caste Certificate Copy (Computerized).

For Primary

• Aadhaar Card – Zerox Copy.
• Caste Certificate Copy (Computerized)
• Transfer Certificate from the Previous School attended.
• Ration Card OR Any other valid proof of Residence (3 Attested Copies).
• Five Passport Size Colour Photographs (Mention the name of the child at the back of the Photograph).
• Two Passport Size Photographs of Parents (mention the parent name on the backside).
• Blood Group Certificate of the child.
• Medical health certificate of the child.
• One attested copy of the Progress Report.
• If the pupil comes from another state the leaving certificate must be countersigned by the education officer of that place.

WITHDRAWAL PROCESS

1. A leaving certificate will be issued only after payment of all dues and after 7 days from the date of application.
