REPORT ON PARENTS–TEACHER MEETING

A Parents–Teacher Meeting for Std. XII was successfully conducted on 8th August 2026 at JMF's Jana Gana Mana Vidyamandir and Jr. College.

The programme was anchored by Mr. Eknath Chaudhari Sir, Vice Principal. The meeting commenced with a warm welcome to the esteemed dignitaries:

1. Hon’ble President Dr. Rajkumar Kolhe Sir​2. Secretary Dr. Prerna Kolhe Ma’am 

3. I/c Principal Mr. Alpesh Khobragade Sir​4. Vice Principal Mr. Eknath Chaudhari Sir

The programme began with Saraswati Puja, followed by the felicitation of the guests. All teaching and non-teaching staff members introduced themselves briefly.

Key Points Discussed:

1. Mr. Alpesh Khobragade Sir, I/c Principal shared important information regarding college rules, discipline, academic focus, and guidelines for the Std. XII Board Examination.

2. Dr. Prerna Kolhe Ma’am, Secretary spoke about effective communication among students, parents, and teachers. She also guided parents on age-appropriate student behavior and the responsible use of technology by students.

3. Hon’ble President Dr. Rajkumar Kolhe Sir addressed students and parents on the NEP system, new subject choices, the Board Examination marking system, career guidance, and the importance of time management for academic success.

All dignitaries extended valuable guidance and best wishes to students and parents for a successful academic journey.

The meeting concluded with the National Anthem, followed by a formal Vote of Thanks. 

The meeting successfully strengthened coordination among parents, teachers, and the college administration for the overall development of students.
