75 CRORE SURYA NAMASKAR ABHIYAN

Krida Bharti is participating in this campaign in response to the 75 crore Surya Namaskar resolution laid by Swami Ramdev Ji to commemorate 75 yrs of India’s Independence this year. Our JMF’s trust President Dr. RajKumar Kolhe sir and secretary Dr. Prerna Kolhe madam were the chief guest for the inauguration of the event on 1st Feb 2022. Our school has done 07 day’s Surya Namaskar from 1st Feb 2022 to 7th Feb 2022, which is performed by students and staff of Jana Gana Mana Vidhyamandir & Jr. College. Surya Namaskar is a sequence of 12 powerful yoga poses. Besides being a great cardiovascular workout, Surya Namaskar is also known to have an immensely positive impact on the body and mind. Besides good health, Surya Namaskar also provides an opportunity to express gratitude to the sun for sustaining life on this planet.
