Art has the role in education of helping children become like themselves instead of more like everyone else.
This saying was proved rightly by an “Art and Craft “ exhibition which was set up at Jana Gana Mana Vidyamandir & Junior College on 23/03/2022 under the dynmic leadership of Mrs. Sapana YAnnum the Craft teacher and Mrs. Dipika Tarajanpure Art teacher. It was a participation of all the artists of the school by presenting their exhibits through a wide range of skills- pencil shading, Canvas Painting, Pot making, statue Making, Stencils Cutting, Block –Printing, collage and best out of waste, and a lot many others.
The Exhibition was inaugurated by Chairman of JMF Trust Dr. RajKumar Kohle Sir and Secretary Dr.Prerana Kohle Madam by giving an artistic touch to a painting on a board. The Principal Miss.Shyamala Rao also joined in.
The values and importance of the day was delivered by our Secretary Madam.
The Principal gave regards and cheers to all the children and teachers for the innovative work done and said that art enhances the child’s ability in demonstrating the inner feeling in right way.
