Geography day was organised in Jana Gana Mana Vidya Mandir on 28 February 2022 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. C.V.Raman. The guard of honour for the celebration was Dr. Rajkumar Kolhe President ofJMF Dr.Prerana Kolhe, and Principal Shyamala Rao mam.

Students from class 1st to 10th prepared various charts and models related to the location and extent of place, Vegetation found in various region, and various map and various landforms made by agents of erosion.Students also prepared the model on the topic like earthquake, disaster management, new techniques of water management etc. under the guidance of Madhuri teacher.

President sir and mam observed all the models and chart prepared by the students appreciated the efforts taken by the students and the information they had given. President sir explain the importance of learning Geography and gave valuable guidance for future activities.
