JMF Family Celebrated NAvratri’s Nine Days in a Grand Manner by installing Goddes Durga and nine pots to invoke nine Shaktis of Goddess Durga which are worshipped on Mahaashtami Puja.

After Mahapuja, young, unmarried girls are also worshipped by believing that the girls are forms of Maa Durga. The 8 forms of MAa Durga were KAtyani depicted in Red, MAhaGami in Pink, Bharmacharni in white, Showwlputri in yellow, Siddhi Putri in purple, KAlaratri in blue, Chandraganta in Orange, Khushmunda in Green followed by Garba Dance.

Unmarried, young girls are worshipped on this day and are conferred with special Navratri preparations. This religious ceremony is known as Kumari Puja. Devotees are of opinion that these girls Portray Maa Durga. During the puja, believers wash their feet, give them red dupatta, bangles, and a few other symbols of thanksgiving.
